Since the inception of Abu Dhabi Global Market’s (ADGM) Company Service Provider Framework (CSP Framework) in April 2021, we've been committed to supporting entities addressing distinctive challenges linked to ADGM's Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and Foundations management, particularly those lacking substantial ties within the UAE.
Under this regulatory framework, ADGM-registered SPVs and Foundations are mandated to engage a licensed CSP. Serving as the intermediary between ADGM's Registration Authority and the Non-exempt SPVs, this CSP ensures streamlined compliance and effective liaison in the United Arab Emirates.
