KPI's Technology Arm, Vantheon Technologies, Named Among the UAE's Pre-approved E-Invoicing Service Provider

For a firm that has spent more than three decades keeping UAE businesses on the right side of regulation, this next step isn't really a departure. It's a continuation. Vantheon Technologies, the company that now carries forward KPI Group's NetSuite ERP and digital transformation practice has been named a Pre-approved E-Invoicing Service Provider under the UAE Ministry of Finance's e-invoicing framework, putting it among the first companies on the Ministry's list to reach that status.

The accreditation, granted under Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025, authorizes Vantheon Technologies to validate, exchange, and report electronic invoices on behalf of UAE businesses through the Peppol network, in line with the country's PINT-AE data standard and five-corner e-invoicing model.

For KPI's clients, this closes a gap that has existed since the mandate was first announced. KPI's tax advisory team has been guiding businesses through what the e-invoicing rules mean for them—who's in scope, on what timeline, and what needs to change internally. Vantheon Technologies' accreditation means the group can now also handle the part that comes after the advice: connecting a client's systems to the network itself, instead of sending them elsewhere to get it done.

Mandate Timeline and Phases

The mandate itself rolls out in phases. Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and begin issuing e-invoices from 1 January 2027. Smaller businesses and government entities follow through 2027. A missed appointment deadline carries a penalty of AED 5,000 for every month, or part of a month, of delay.
