A leading supplier of Industrial Equipment & Machineries in the Gulf region, Futuretech Engineering’s main challenge was to enhance inventory visibility, installing tracking and control capabilities to manage every stage from purchase to delivery. They struggled with issued related to real-time sight of inventory, redundant processes, poor control and inefficient inventory management. Their older system couldn’t scale to today’s business environment.

The Solution

With the implementation of NetSuite, multiple lines of business were integrated into a single platform providing complete visibility for the Management & Accounts teams. NetSuite’s optimized order management and fulfillment processes drive the order process from quote to eventual fulfillment, with automated workflows.
